DOWNER MINING FINDS NEW ENERGY IN PERTH PREMISES

Downer Mining has combined its two groups previously located in Redcliffe and Belmont into its new 1300m2 Stirling Street premises.

MKDC designed workspaces and offices to house Downer’s 90 staff into the one year old building. A key element of the design was designing and installing hi-end audio/visual into the boardroom and meeting rooms.

Other than housing staff, the main focus was on creating a vibrant reception area, meeting rooms and a staff hub. There was an emphasis on natural finishes throughout.

The client was not only exceptionally pleased with the quality of the design but the that the relocation progressed smoothly.
